Exposure Draft – SMSF Investment in Collectables and Personal Use Assets

The Assistant Treasurer has released  exposure draft legislation giving effect to the Government's commitment to continue to allow self managed superannuation funds (SMSFs) to invest in collectables and personal use assets, provided that they are held in accordance with tighter legislative standards.
