Exposure Draft – Using Tax File Numbers as an identifier and to facilitate account consolidation

The Assistant Treasurer has released exposure draft legislation giving effect to the Government's commitment to allow superannuation fund trustees to use tax file numbers as the primary identifier of member accounts and to facilitate the consolidation of multiple member accounts.
